This is the original flexible antenna for your Garmin Astro/Alpha receiver. We are very flattered at all the copycats out there….If it doesn’t say Original Flexible on the antenna you’re getting a knockoff. Increases range over the standard rubber antenna supplied with the Astro/Alpha. Some customers have reported up to a 50% increase in range. I will not claim that much-added range but it will outperform your stock antenna and, in some cases the folding antennas. The antenna is made to withstand the abuse, and it measures 14″.
